Chairman of the board & CEO 

Philippe Berterottière joined GTT in 2009. He has 30 years of experience of working in advanced technology sectors. Previously, he served in various senior positions with aerospace companies. At Airbus, he was a contract negotiator, before being appointed head of business development. He was sales director at Matra’s defence division and held various sales and marketing responsibilities at Arianespace, before becoming Sales and Marketing Director and an Executive Committee member. He is a graduate of the prestigious HEC business school (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) and of the IEP (Institut d’Etudes Politiques).

Karim Chapot picture

Technical Vice President

Karim Chapot joined GTT as an engineer in 2000 and has worked in the shipping industry for 16 years. In 2002, he became Head of Structural Calculations and was then promoted to Development Director in 2007. Previously, he held various positions at the Cherbourg and Le Havreshipyards. He graduated in naval and offshore architecture from ENSTA Bretagne (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées Bretagne) and completed the Executive MBA programme at HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales).

Frédérique Coeuille, Directeur de l’innovation à GTTFREDERIQUE COEUILLE
Innovation Director

Frédérique Coeuille joined GTT in January 2014 where she was appointed Head of the Materials / R&D / Suppliers Department within the Innovation Division. She has 22 years’ experience in engineering and construction in the Oil & Gas field. She previously held various positions in Research & Development, and then in project engineering, before integrating SAIPEM. Within this Group, she performed project and expertise management, as well as Department Manager duties until 2013. She has obtained a PhD in physics from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines in Paris.

David Colson pictureDAVID COLSON
Commercial Vice President

David Colson joined GTT in 2004 and has 24 years of experience gained primarily in the chemicals industry and automobile sector. During his career with GTT, he was a shipyard project manager until 2008 and head of the business development department until 2010, when he was appointed Commercial Director. Previously, he held several positions at APV, ACOME and Valeo Filtration Systems. He graduated in mechanical engineering and business administration from the University of Birmingham (Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce).

Isabelle Delattre pictureISABELLE DELATTRE
Human Resources Director

Isabelle Delattre joined GTT in 2016. She has 26 years of experience, primarily in the engineering sector. She began her career with several HR positions at Groupe Promodès. She then created the HR Southern Europe position at ADP GSI before moving to Groupe AKKA Technologies. She holds a degree from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce.

General Counsel

Lelia Ghilini joined GTT in 2014 as General Counsel, after a two-year experience at the Ministry of Economy and Finance as special advisor (European Affairs). Admitted to  the bars of Paris and New York, she had previously worked for nearly 10 years as a lawyer in mergers and acquisitions at several prestigious international law firms. Lelia holds a DESS in business law and a business law master’s degree (DJCE diploma) from the University Paris II (Panthéon – Assas). She also holds an LL.M from the New York University School of Law.


Marc Haestier pictureMARC HAESTIER
Chief Financial Officer

Marc Haestier joined GTT in 2017. He holds a Degree in Applied Economics and a MBA from the University of Louvain and began his career holding various financial positions within Arjo Wiggins between 1985 and 1997, in Belgium and subsequently in the United Kingdom, before joining Alstom in Paris in 1997 as Director of Treasury and Financing. He then moved to Gaz de France in 2004 as Deputy CFO. Since 2010, Marc was CFO of the Infrastructures Business Line of Engie.
