Hamburg – September 10, 2014. On the occasion of SMM in Hamburg, GTT (Gaztransport & Technigaz ISIN FR0011726835 Euronext Paris: GTT) and Gabadi S.L. have signed a Technical Assistance and License Agreement (TALA), making Gabadi the first outfitter licensed by GTT.

Gabadi received its outfitter’s approval after successfully completing the qualification process including dedicated training of its employees by GTT and after having demonstrated their ability to build modules of all type of GTT membrane containment systems.

The Spanish outfitter will work on the construction of new ships, especially for small LNG carriers and LNG bunkering projects. Gabadi and GTT will offer turnkey solutions on membrane type Liquid Gas Containment System to shipyards and ship-owners, guaranteeing high quality work and rapid construction.
