Execution of a liquidity contract with Exane BNP Paribas

Paris, November 13, 2014 – GTT (Gaztransport & Technigaz) (ISIN FR0011726835 Euronext Paris : GTT), signed on November 10, 2014 until December 31, 2014 (subject to an automatic annual renewal) a liquidity contract with EXANE BNP PARIBAS to conduct market making activities on its shares on the Paris NYSE Euronext regulated market. This liquidity contract is compliant with the AMAFI Ethical Code recognized by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

 The resources provided for market making activities under the contract consist of:

  • 1,800,000 Euros (one million eight hundred thousand Euros).
