GTT obtains tank design order for three new LNG Carriers from Hyundai Heavy Industries

Paris – March 15th, 2022. GTT announces that it has received an order from its partner the Korean shipyard Hyundai Heavy Industries for the tank design of three new LNGCs[1].

As part of this order, GTT will design the tanks of the vessels, which will each offer a capacity of 200,000 m3. The tanks will be fitted with the GTT Mark III Flex+ membrane containment system, a technology developed by GTT.

The vessels are scheduled for delivery during first, second and fourth quarters of 2025.
