GTT receives an order from Samsung Heavy Industries for the tank design of four new LNG Carriers

Paris, 17 September 2025 – GTT announces that it has received, during the third quarter of 2025, an order from the shipyard Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) for the tank design of four new LNG[1] Carriers.

GTT will design the cryogenic tanks of the vessels, each offering a total capacity of 174,000 m³ and equipped with the Mark III Flex membrane containment system, developed by GTT.

The delivery of the vessels is scheduled from 2028 onwards.
