Paris – May 17, 2018. The Shareholders’ Meeting of GTT, held on May 17, 2018 in Saint-Rémy-Lès-Chevreuse, voted to renew Philippe Berterottière’s term of office as a director for an additional period of four years. The Board of Directors, gathered at the end of the Shareholders’ Meeting, reappointed Philippe Berterottière as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GTT.

The shareholders were convinced by Philippe Berterottière's positive track record for the past 9 years at the helm of GTT, marked in particular by the initial public offering of the Company on Euronext Paris in February 2014; the international expansion of the Group; the strengthening of the GTT services activity, including the recent acquisition of Ascenz; and the diversification of the Company’s activities on new markets, in particular in the LNG as a fuel sector.

His ambition for this new mandate is clear: to impose GTT solutions for the LNG as marine fuel, contributing to insure that LNG becomes the energy of the transition in the maritime world.
